View Full Version : Dark Future Tournament

Just to let everyone who remembers the old classic driving game know - a Dark Future mini-tournament is planned to be held in Bristol next year (2008) on the 5th and 6th of April.

Cost will be a steal at just 5 for the weekend (as we are piggy-backing this with a 40K event - which helps to keep overheads down).

More information (and entry forms) will be appearing on this website in due course:

The format for the Dark Future tournament will be lots of games over the two days, dealing with a variety of missions and scenarios. Players will be expected to design and bring their own operative and gang, and will alternate their use for different games.

Its only a small fun little event, so it wont be too serious and the main aim is to just enjoy ourselves.
So if you are interested - please let me know.

An excellent idea, unfortunately, I will be at the Open War IX in Lenton that day.

But I fully support the idea of older games being given an airing. I only played it a few times before GW 'forgot' it.

Just a reminder to anyone interested in this to get your entry form in, as entries are arriving for this and we only have limited spaces available.

Remember its only 5 for a whole weekend of Dark Future games, so I doubt you will find a better value for money event in the UK.

Hope to see some of you there.

I've always been interested in Dark Future itself and would gladly come for a peek, if it didn't involve an international flight. :)

Where could one acquire the rules for this game, save for scouring eBay?
