Working on the forum layout (finished)

Just a quick note that we'll probably be working on optimizing the forum's layout today/tonight.

In case the forums/layout act strange, please don't panic. If the planned changes don't turn out to be working/worthwhile, the layout will be set back to the original state you seem to love so much. ;)

In order to view the full features of this layout, please make sure to either use the "Warseer style" or the old "Portent Forums" style. All other styles do not have these nice yellow/golden circles displaying the new posts.
