of the graphic novel

Are you familiar with it?

Was I the only one absolutely appalled by how little work the writer seemed to have to do compared to the artist?

The artwork in that graphic novel was beautiful (some of it spectacular) and clearly took a lot of time to draw, while the writer's contribution seemed to be a few sentences of instruction as to what to draw.
Does anyone know how much the artists get payed compared to the writers?

I don't think it was that different than any other graphic novels I read. It wasn't full of deep dialog.. but nothing really is.

I think it's a classic case of less is more...

Or: a picture says more than a thousand words...

Yea, I wouldn't pay anymore than 20 bucks for a copy. Its really short and doesn't have a great-great story. The art is neat though. Better than the codex's in my opinion :D.
