View Full Version : FW Wave Serpent Conv. Kits-- Just what's in there?

I'm a pretty new eldar player, and lucked out when a space marine player at my LGS offered to throw some eldar minis at me. Little did I know this meant he had a pile of eldar vehicles of varying damage level sitting in his trunk. I made out with a free falcon, fire prism and vyper. The tanks are where my question comes in-

I want to convert these poorly built tanks into Wave Serpents. I've disassembled and cleaned them up. I want to buy the forgeworld wave serpent conversion kits, but they give only minimal information on the set. "Resin conversion parts for the Wave Serpent plastic kit. Master model by Will Hayes." is all that you get. I can't tell if this is a kit to convert the standard eldar tank chassis into a wave serpent, or just change some aesthetics on the WS.

Has anyone here purchased one of these kits? If so, can you detail what parts come with it? The main issue here is the extended hull and the flaring across the the back end. If it comes with the extension, I'm good to go.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Im assuming these are for 40k ?

(as ive never heard of conversion kits for epic ???? )

you might get better help with your question if you post it in M, P&T General Discussion (http://warseer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=20) This area is for Specialist games and the Forgeworld game Aeronautica Imperialis, not Forgeworld products specifically.

Sorry i cant be of more help ;)

I was wondering just where this thread should go. I assumed this would be for general FW questions, and the sub boards were for the specialty games. Thanks, though.
