Hello, I'm running a campaign at my local gaming club (Bury Wargamers (http://s15.zetaboards.com/BWGFORUM/index/) in Suffolk), and as part of the campaign we're going to have a special game of Space Hulk. One of the members had scans of all the floor plans and blew them up to fit the larger bases that Terminators now use.

But this is going to be a special game of Space Hulk - no Genestealers this time, but tying in with the theme of the campaign, it'll be something more Chaotic...

We'll be having three games, each with a different adversary. The first game is called 'Ravenous Fiends from Another Dimension!', and will feature Daemons; this game's being run by the aforementioned member of the club.

The second is entitled 'Killer Zombies from Outer Space!', and will feature - you guessed it! - Zombies!!!!1!one

I'd already built loads of zombies, almost on a whim, a few years ago now, so it's nice to be able to use them:

But Zombies won't pose much of a challenge to Terminators, so there'll be a few 'special' kinds of Zombies that they'll have to look out for!

Firstly, 'Bile Zombies' that explode like a plasma grenade:

Then there are 'Brute Zombies', that count as being armed with a power fist:

And finally there are 'Taloned Zombies', that have Rending attacks:

At this point I imagine you've guessed I've been playing a lot of 'Dead Space' and 'Left 4 Dead' recently!

That's not all, more in the next post...

Ah, the Boomers. Thought they looked familliar ;)

Any plans for a big lumbering Tank like thing?

The third and final game is called 'It Came from the Warp!', and again show that I've played Dead Space too much!

Basically, the players will be attacked by tentacles that burst through the floor at random points. Here are the armatures that I've made from bent paperclips and green stuff:

Here's how they compare to normal miniatures:

In the game the tentacles will be able to grab the player's miniatures and attempt to take them away - on some of the tentacles there's actually enough room to show this:

When the players reach the objective (a control room at the centre of the board), they'll find a what the tentacles are attached to - a giant warp beast!

It's still very much WIP (it needs a lot of Green Stuff work doing on it):

I'll post more pics of these as I continue working on them, I doubt I'll get them painted though as the game is in 3 weeks and I don't think I'll have time.

Thanks for looking, more pics soon!
