I have it, albeit reprinted in a volume with Power Behind the Throne. It's a good read - the recent Ashes of Middenheim is a lot of the same material used for Middenhiem post SoC.

Definitely lots of fluffy goodness in the good old WFRP style!

One of the best city books put out, but it really comes to life with Power Behind the Throne.
