The first link somehow doesn't work for me - anyone else having the same problems?

These are an excellent find.

Maybe we should have a thread for all the extra tiles that folks have created. I know there's a few in the tileset thread but are they of a printable size?

The tileset ones are overly large - reduce them to 65% or so and they should be fine

How do you mount them on cardboard??? and are sure they are printed in the correct size?

Glue on with the likes of a wax glue. Size as Andrew says reduce the size if needed.

I agree we need a seperate thread for these tiles/finds.
But it may also be usful to advise the creators on the correct way to set up their PDF's to aid printing.
I am looking forward to the 3x. tiles interrpretations from deathwing & genestealer as these allow the use of larger models.

Most of the PDFs I've seen are set up correctly for printing, as long as ytou make sure Actobat isn't scaling the document to fit the page.

CRasterImage's .png files are incorrectly sized (they're 128 pixels per square at 72dpi - either increase the dpi to 108 or print them at 66% size (I think; at 72dpi, the squares should come out at 4.5cm across, so 66% of that will be 3cm), but then they were never designed by him for printing.

Our Polish friend Marcin Zawiślak at the BoardGameGeek has been busy again.
Check the root post for new downloads.

Those little 2x2 dead ends on page 5 of the Wolf Lair/Strike Deep file look wrong - they're supposed to represent elevators, rather than waste disposal chutes.

Other than that, they look brilliant. I like the partial hologram of the Suicide Mission map on a couple of the tiles.

The 2x2 room was just a standed floor tiled room and a repeat from printing of a room printed in a earlier WD i think the added chute is a nice touch.

That takes care of quit alot of the special map sections! How many are there left to do now? The Genestealer and Deathwing added quite alot of new stuff in the form of large rooms and wide corridors! Good times ahead :)

Yay for the wide corridors - saves me making them myself. Now all I have to do is find where the maps from Deathwing and Genestealer are!

Awesome. It was only last night we were talking about digging out the 3-wide corridors for some games. Now we can make ones that match the current style. Great stuff.

Going by memory of what DW and Genestealer had plus my WD collection with it's room tiles selection about anot 15 or so sections need updating and placing on here.

All the tile art in 1st edition was generic. Even when that piece first appeared in WD138, it was a lift.

There were also a couple of pieces from 2nd edition that were new, too. Including one piece that was never actually printed on card or used in a mission, but was visible in an article.
