Probably been moved or deleted since then. However it was an older document and much of it is covered in the updated Space Hulk FAQ from GW so check there.

Is there an extant Space Hulk FAQ? I cannot find it on their site nor can I find a linky to it that works.

There was one on the GW website, but it's long gone. Best bet is to look on Boardgame Geek.
