Skaven FAQ will be 3 volumes of rulebook size.

GW had to hire 50 additional people to even get the first 12000 problems into question form....

don t expect the skaven FAQ before new years eve 2013.

WoC was released in November a year ago, and got FAQ'ed in February. I suspect something similar for the skaven.

As to where, all FAQ's are found on the GW site, under 'Errata and FAQ articles' in the 'Gaming' section.

Pray all you want, it still needs to be collected and published. Normally it takes them six months to realize there are issues and issue one.

Didn't Atrahasis say that GW were only taking 50 questions from direwolf on this? This tells me that the FAQ is likely not to answer the important questions. When GW cares more about some arbitrary limit than getting it right, I fear for quality.

Are there a disproportionate number of Skaven armies for sale this season?

Maybe it isn't arbitrary, and maybe that isn't the limit?

Not that it would matter. A large fanbase selling their armies means nothing to GW. After all, some are more likely to buy another army now.

I'm sorry but it really, really should. Some may simply switch armies while others will switch game systems or simply give up gaming due, at least in part, to sloppy play testing, proof reading and all the other perennial codex/army book problems.

I would expect a FAQ of sorts within about 6 months but going by past examples it will only solve some problems, leave others until the book is redone and it may even create new ones.
