Hi guys, I'm currently building a large unit of zombies (60+ models) and have decided that there are too few bodies and faces to have a good mixture in the whole regiment without too much repitition.

Off I popped to the GW store to buy some empire state troops as I knew they were of the same oversized vintage only to find the range was all replaced with new slimmer models!

So, does anybody know of a webstore or something that I would be able to find the older (5th-6th ed maybe?) Empire troops models? These are the ones with the puffy slitted sleeves and trousers rather than the jumpsuits they now wear.

I have checked ebay and had little success and most bits stores or online stroes I know of only stock current kits.

The 5th-6th imperial regiments are too old to be still in stock in online stores. I'm afraid that ebay and 2nd hand market are your friends now.

I suggest you to use the Imperial Militia (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440091a&prodId=prod20048), those models has old-fashioned big-sized hands and bodies and fit perfectly with the goofy Harryhausen VC zombi plastic kit. I hope that helps you.

I was thinking that would be the case.

Those free company models do look suitable for what I'm looking for - in fact the civilian look is probably better!

Thank you for your time and assistance.
