Hi.

Forgeworld hast just "released" the Malcador Infernus:
http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Imperial_Guard/Imperial_Guard_Super_Heavy_Tanks/MALCADOR-INFERNUS.html

Experimental rules pdf:

For 280 points it gets a Hellstorm poisoned (2+ to wound) AP3 weapon at 2 structure points and AV 13/12/11. I feel kinda hit with a hammer again. The only thing a commander with such a tank should take of is to make sure it will explode near the enemy lines instead of near his own.
What do you think?

Edit: The entire newsletter got posted parallel at the same time in the news-section... so if this topic needs to get closed or wiped, feel free.

I think they should have known better than to put a flamethrower on a tank that can only trundle 6" per turn.

Alex it is more like an Inferno Cannon (it shoots 18 inches then places the hellstorm template)

I think it is a cool idea, but I would never take one.

I like it, it would definitely fit with my Death Guard / Nurgle Traitor Guard.
