Finecast Warmaster?

So the Warmaster 10mm stuff is petite as we all know. Petite resin= super fragile. Will we continue to see metal SG stuff including Warmaster or will we be buying resin spearmen whose shafts snap off the first time we play? Anyone hear any news?

I started a general SG discussion concerning this exact issue. AFAIK there is no evidence that SG models will transition to resin.

For what it's worth I called customer service a few weeks ago and asked if the warmaster line was being discontinued with the stoppage of metal figure production. The rep said that it would not be a problem and that warmaster would be unaffected by the changeover to resin.

I had a GW store manager tell me yesterday that Specialist Games will have their models updated to resin ones once the current metal ones wear out. He also said that probably won't happen for a fair while.

Of course, I have no reason to believe this particular store manager actually knows anything, so take with appropriate amounts of salt.
