Just a quick question about the +D3 to the casting result from the hiero titan, when do you roll for it. Is this before or after picking the number of dice

After you have rolled the dice. You have to choose how many you are using first. Unfortunately you cannot see the bonus first and then decide upon how many dice you want to risk.
