Hi guys,

I'm searching for figures for pit figrhers Warband, right now I got:
*original mordheim pit fighter hired arm (Youngblood)
*hero quest pit fighter (Youngblood)
*avatars of war pit fighter (champion)
*the new tzeentch humans which with a head swap become nice pursuers
*I already have the ogre.

Any suggestions for the other champion and pit king?

Its interesting how few pit fighter models there are available commercially. If you ignore ral partha (the models aren't really that great) then you are left with some models from Dark Age or Avatars of War.

I'm not really sure either company matches the aesthetic GW created for Pit Fighters, so it may be worth just converting your own with marauder and dark eldar bits.

Actually I found a lot of alternatives eventually.

I was gonna use the silver tower acolytes with Max mini gladiator heads for pursuers, but they would have been to big for the weekest unit. So I found other alternatives for thatt

Here's a few I've got or are thinking about buying for WHQ

Gladiator Retiarius (Tale of War)

Bronze Age Gladiators (3)

Plus there are a fair few options if you go to Reaper Miniatures and type in Gladiator.

Hope I helped :)

Absolutely, I think I'm going to use that guy with a head and hand swaps to look more "kingly"

Hey guys, would a 30 mm mini look to big for a 20 mm base?

That lovely mini there is that absurd size actually, and that brakes my heart.
