Comment / Signature border

The White border (or anything to mark the boundary) between a users comment and their signature is missing, this means that it looks like what ever is in the signature is part of their reply

I believe this is part of one of the generic vB settings that was altered at some point along the way. A lot of other forums do it this way. I agree, the border should come back.

Inquisitor Engel is correct. It's a part of the vBulletin upgrade for the forums. If we can restore the old layout without borking the forum skin, we will. Otherwise it may wait until we have some scheduled downtime for maintenance next year to see if it is possible.

We're focusing on getting WarSeer back up to 100% and securing it. But after that is done we can move onto other areas like the layout.
