What are the rules for the Irish GT & what it like to the UK GT???

Just I been looking into entering more tournaments. But a few them tend to use comp points, just I do not view comp point so great.

But what are the detals????

Sorry for the late reply, was up in Dublin at Irish GT. :)
It was using this years GT rules pack, so no comp scores.
Basically the same as UK GT but smaller. Info was on the Northern Europe Site, awsn't advertised to well this year (as it was its first year) but will be even bigger and better next year. So keep your eyes open for details.

Hey, I've only heard about this now. When WAS the Irish GT?
Was it in Dublin?
I've just recently moved to dublin and I'm looking for clubs and tournies, though I hear there is a tournie in waterford at the end of the month...

Yeah theres a tournie down in Blaa town at the end of the month.
(a blaa for anyone who gets that, I'm serious if tournie happens)

There may be some minor difficulties in hosting it, as our independent stockist, the Hobby Shop, has decided to stop selling GW stuff. If I find out anything I'll send it here right away.

It appears I don't know as much as I thought about GW, where is the northern Europe site?

40k GT was back in July. Great torni.
The fanasy will be in March (10-11th I beleive).
Both in dublin in the Clarion in Liffy Valley
As for the northern Europe site www.games-workshop.ne, but not much up there for Ireland yet.
Best thing to do is ask in one of the GWs (Blanches town or Liffy Street).

Conor Burke.
(and if I meet you, I'm giving you a blaa!)
Ever go to the club that used to be run by the hobby shop?
Back there I was better known as the guy with the "titan-thing" (an Imperial Knight).
