Invisible attachments

Why don't the attachments appear? I assumed it was my creaky computer, but other people are having a hard time seeing them as well.

Specific example is "Building a Better Warhammer" in the rules design forum.

What were you attempting to upload? Pictures or text files?

EDIT: aha, I see the problem here (http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?19917-Building-a-better-Warhammer&p=7658036&viewfull=1#post7658036). Uploaded a pdf, right?
They are there (just hover your mouse over it, you will see), but they're only visible if the title page has a picture.
It's an odd sort of glitch.
