For those wondering what T9A is, it's Warhammer Fantasy's community-driven spiritual successor, or a Warhammer clone if you like that better: Call it what one like, but the end result is that WHFB's beloved and artistically succesful model of a historically based fantasy smörgåsbord lives on in an actively developed setting. For those looking closer, there will be many new additions and nuance differences, such as a thoroughly developed fantasy Africa - Taphria (https://www.the-ninth-age.com/index.php?thread/30323-it-s-time-for-africa%C2%A0/) - where Warhammer's Southlands was lacklustre compared to other parts; and a Constantinopolitan crossroads city where Byzantine ratmen ruled until recently. Expect it to grow and improve. A lot!

Today, the Ninth Age Team reveal its first Art Contest, pitting Warriors of the Dark Gods against others. Itching for some drawing or painting? Have some ideas to sketch out? Got an epic visual in your head to get down on paper? Then now is a good opportunity to let loose your inner artist!
