View Full Version : 40k Aeldari vs Red Corsairs (CSM) 1550p, Pictures and Video
I always enjoy playing against this amazing army. My buddy is one of the best painters I know, his skill in blending, layering, and freehand is just superb.
I asked him to bring his Wraithknight for more then two years, and finally he decided to add the beast to his list. I was very exited for this game, and I hope it shows in the report. I really enjoyed the game, and hope you do as well!

Honestly both of you have fantastically painted armies, that and good terrain really add to the feel of the game.....sometimes when the models get painted in such static display quality you almost don't want to use them for fear of damage.
WoW! Thank you for the kind words ^^D I am currently working on a Ynnari Army that should rival this Eldar army in therms of painting and originality
sadly I don't think the forums here are active enough to really appreciate your work. I posted a "post your army" topic here based on one I saw over on bolters and chainswords since it is a site dedicated to MEQ armies I thought we could get some good variety here. it's up to 5 pages there- here it's been up since the 7th with over 200 views and not a single post. :P
I know of players who are into every aspect of the game. one guy has like 5 armies and thousands of $ spent on 40K and not a single painted model he just likes to play. I know others who do lots of conversion and modeling but don't play all to often. I'm happy to see a presentable painted army on the table with a nice looking table to really draw you into the game environment.
I'm not the best painter and I never will be compared to some people I know but i at least have them painted for 40K.
this is one of the last ones i painted for 40K

I am the type of player who paints a little, plays a little and makes terrain a lot xD
My LGS has some great terrain but even so I have become addicted to ESLO hobby hand painted terrain from Germany. it's a bit spendy but so beautiful. I've been picking up a few pieces every month now from noble knight games. here is a dust bocage table with some ESLO terrain-the rock walls/fences, the rocky spring, the ruined castle tower, ruined building and farm house(brown roof)

I second what he has to say. Both you and your friends armies look superb.
