two rat ogres will do nothing.. drop them and add more weapons teams... since infantry is what your going for.

more rat ogres and something to shoot with, like 6-8 jezzails!

Ok, it's a good attempt, but you are forgetting the most important rule for making a good armylist... maximise your strong point, and minimise your weaknesses...
First of all, with an skaven army, you would need to chose between a massed army, ore a shooting/magic army... this is the first step.
When you go for magic/shooting, you really need a bell in your army, put it in a unit stormvermin and give the grey seer the crown of the horned rat (regeneration)and the eye of the horned rat, take 2 warlock engineers with full equipment and 2 dispel scrolls ... finaly take a plague priest with the warpstone amulet. put each engineer in a unit of 30 clanrats, each with an ratling gun. Take some jezzails, 2 units of 20 slaves and place ure plague priest in a unit of plaguemonks with extra handweapons and the banner of burning hatred.

When u go for a massed army... take lots of plague monks with extra handweapon...
remember the mainstay-rule, you cannot have more units of any kind than you have clanrats, so for every unit of plaguemonks you have, u also need a unit of clanrats!!!

So, thinkabout it and send an adjusted list...

Don't listen to 'em!

The two rat ogres are a great flanking unit, and are narrow enough to support your other units quite well.

I tend to use them to run up a flank and counter some fast cavalry (at 100 points, if your opponent really wants to send a strong unit at them, they'll take themselves out of the game for a long while... so what?)
