What Gang Should I Choose?

hey all i recently downloaded the Necromunda rulebook of the specialist games site and was thinking of starting a gang, However i am stuck on which one to choose. i liked the gang in firebase issue 1. what rules would be best suited for a chaos necromunda gang

There where actually rules in the Citadel Journal about that, that was quite a while ago though and absence of them I would say to go with Goiliath rules or possibly look at the Redemptionist rules, not sure how they work though so I'm not sure.

For Chaos, try Redemptionists if you want to get stuck in with a rules-intensive gang. Otherwise, Cawdor or Goliath should work as a combat oriented Ferocity style thing or Delaque as sneaky guys.

The FW renegades could also be used as scavvies ,with some zombies as followers you could have a decent nurgle cult. They also get mutants. The skill set is a little off for nurgle though, agility, ferocity, and stealth iirc.

The only problem with that is that Scavvies don't have access to las weaponry (although it would suit the Chaos theme best). I'd use them as Cawdor personally.
