Price increase

GW have just increased the prices of all warmaster units to bring them in line with the Araby prices.

Glad I placed an order at the weekend stilled pissed though. Most things are up £1 but swarms are up £2 a 40% increase thats some serious inflation!

We might be a victim of the Araby armies sucess I'd say it sold well at the higher price so they figured they'd up the price across the range.

A bit of advance warning would've been nice. GW normally warn about increases. The army deals are now actually deals now they're still priced at the old price. I'm sure they'll change this soon.

BOFA prices have changed too.

Bad news...luckily I've got a lot to paint for quite a time, And Warmaster is still cheap in comparison to Warhammer.

Message from Tom in UK mial order posted on the Yahoo group:

"unfortunately those prices should have gone up back in October when we
increased all blisters A-E by a pound.
Some items were missed from the file used to update our systems
(mostly SG and some components). Our attention was drawn to it earlier
this week and we ran the update almost immediately.
Tom WD"

That explains that so but a weeks notice or so still would've been nice.

I am new to this board, but been warmastering for around 9 months and have a few armies.

Down to business, they have just put the prices up on the army deals also so if you need a new army (like me lizards and chaos mortals/daemons) then you will have to dig a little deeper for the cash :(
