A friend and I are considering starting playing Lord of the Rings now, and we have a few questions:

a) Are the rules for Easterlings in the main rulebook, or an expansion book?

and...

b) What would be the easiest way to make an army of Gondolin? Is it even possible?

EDIT:
c) Where's the rules for Glorfindel. Cause you gotta have Glorfindel in an Army of Gondolin.

All the rules you require are in the Big Blue Book, and the Shadows in the East supplement.

There are no rules for Gondolin (Games Workshop dosen't have the rights to it i dont think) but the easterling rules are in the 'shadow in the East' source book (off shoot) and the rules for armoured Glorfindel are in the 'Fall of the Necromancer' Source book.

An army of Godolin would be contructed mainly of High Elves in armour. That's no problem.

Then, you could add some of the big characters to the army, since they have been around since the dawn of time.

Done deal. It doesn't have to have a Gondolin army list to be a Gondolin army.
