What I did was to modify the colour scheme from the original skaven icons and save them into a separate folder within the icons folder.

I am also in the process of moving all team types into individual folders because the icons are getting hectic now where there is all the standard icons plus stunty teams.

Each icon type has two still giffs, one for home (often facing right)one for away(often facng left) and two giffs both for home and away that are sometime animated. So even if the icon you use is the same you still need to create an icon for your away team and both for the animated, even if they are not.

To get javabowl to use my created icons just for my team I had to mdify the icons.ini file using notepad and added the players section at the bottom. Like so;

[PLAYERS]
KYLE=\Pants\Kyle1.gif
BMW E30 3series=\mecca\doomwheel1.gif
Robocop=\mecca\mecher1.gif
Rat Terminator=\mecca\mecher1.gif
Lee Enfield=\mecca\Sshoter1.gif
AK47=\mecca\Sshoter1.gif
Worthless=\mecca\Sslave1.gif
Summertime (the first time)=\mecca\Sslave2.gif
Dixie=\mecca\SSlave3.gif
Make it easy on yourself=\mecca\Sslave1.gif
Apache=\mecca\Sslave2.gif
Gangster town=\mecca\Sslave3.gif
Tom Jones=\mecca\Sslave1.gif
Sesylu=\mecca\Sslave2.gif
Cymru=\mecca\Sslave3.gif
Xanadu=\mecca\Sslave1.gif
Dogtanian=\mecca\Sslave2.gif

It is not worth getting other coaches to do this for your team as especialy with skyre slaves, they keep dying so the ini file needs to be updated.

Adding the [PLAYERS] instructions to your ini file means javabowl will first look in this section for any names of players in the current game to see if they get specially allocated an icon.
The \mecca\ is because I have the icons in a folder called mecca and the last bit is the name of the gif file.
