You need more bunkers and towers on it. ;)

eltanko

Oooh man! That thing looks goooood!! The gold/bronze is just enough not to take over the model, but it really jumps out, I love it!!

Here's the final tower...

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/fortresstowerfinal.gif

And even better, the finished Fortress!

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/fortressfinal.gif

odmiller
27-01-2010, 02:01
Here's a quick group shot with about 1/2 of my army. The fortress holds 35 models. Pictured inside, 2 x 10 man tacticals, 1 x 10 man devastator, and a command squad.

I've decided to round out my Veteran's squad. This will fill out the squad of 10.

Yayale
29-01-2010, 14:09
Looking nice :D
Was it intentional for the tower to be lighter than the rest to draw attention to it?

odmiller
30-01-2010, 08:31
Not really. But it does work a bit - good catch.

I decided to take a break from marines and paint up an IG rough riders squad.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/roughriderswip1.gif

odmiller
01-02-2010, 06:57
I completed the riders and started some of the bike details (seats, grenades, and control panels). You can get a look at how the riders "sit". On the table they'll look ok IMHO. If you pick them up to examine them they'll look a little off.

Very nice work on the riders so far. They look really good, I like the helmet markings.

ElTanko

Gen.Steiner
01-02-2010, 10:59
I'm curious about the frag grenades strapped to sticks on the front of the bikes - what are they? Obviously lance-replacements, but what are they meant to do?

odmiller
01-02-2010, 16:03
They are bang sticks. Like divers used to use for sharks, only with grenades. Doesn't make much sense, but neither did a full lance IMHO.

Gen.Steiner
01-02-2010, 16:07
Ha! Brilliant.

I like the assault unit stripe on their helmets, by the way. ;)

odmiller
02-02-2010, 04:18
Thanks general S, glad you like it. the army all has the old RT markings.

Gen.Steiner
02-02-2010, 11:27
A good way of linking the old with the new, I think. :)

odmiller
03-02-2010, 08:06
Next step done, all the details on the bikes are done. Tomorrow night I'll paint the weathering and the markings, then the rough riders will be done.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/roughriderswip3.gif

Gen.Steiner
03-02-2010, 14:05
Cracking stuff. Will you be doing any sort of gang-related graffiti type scrawl on their rides?

odmiller
04-02-2010, 04:38
Thanks General. I decided not to do any gang scrawls, although the entire army has the facial markings.

Here are the finished Rough Riders...

Hurray for the spiders!

Whose fame comes from a heroic last stand. :D Bet they were pleased with their CO just then...

"Hurrah! The evac-ships! We're saved!"
"Right lads, everyone turn round, we're fighting to the death to let the Lord General escape"
"..."

eltanko
06-02-2010, 13:19
Super work on the rough rider, and those markings on the front look really really good.

ElTanko

odmiller
11-02-2010, 04:11
Glad you liked them guys. I don't think I'll get anything new done for a little while.

odmiller
13-02-2010, 16:56
After a break to work on some IG stuff, it's back to the Dark Angels. Before I paint the veterans, I got a sudden desire to add some more Ravenwing.

I raided my bitz box to make up another 1/2 squadron, a support LS, and a bike Chappie.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/rwadditionswip1.gif

Here's a closer shot of the chappie. He's blurred because he's moving so fast! His hood still needs to be greenstuffed, but otherwise I'm very happy with him.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/bikechappiewip1.gif

Corbulo
14-02-2010, 02:41
great looking rough riders and awesome Ravenwing stuff.

Gen.Steiner
15-02-2010, 09:35
I love the Bullock mounted Chaplain. :D

odmiller
15-02-2010, 15:08
Thanks guys. I'm back in town and anxious to get painting. Tonight I'll try to get the hoodie and the bases done, and as much primed as I have primer for.

eltanko
15-02-2010, 16:18
That Chaplain model looks really good. Interesting to see how he turns out :)

ElTanko

Corbulo
15-02-2010, 21:22
what was it that you used for the front and back parts for the chaplains bike.

odmiller
16-02-2010, 07:43
Thanks guys. The jetbike parts were cast a few years ago by a guy on the BandC. They've been sitting i the bits box since then.

Here's the work for the day. I primed the RW, painted the bases, and greenstuffed the chappie's hood.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/rwadditionswip2.gif

Then, I decided to paint another Daemonhost for my bad Inquistitor.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/daemonhost3.gif

Gen.Steiner
16-02-2010, 09:36
Ooh! He's quite scary, that Daemonhost. he's one of the FW Renegade Psykers, isn't he?

odmiller
16-02-2010, 15:59
Ooh! He's quite scary, that Daemonhost. he's one of the FW Renegade Psykers, isn't he?
He is. Both of the FW models have found a home in my Radical's forces. Glad you like him.

Corbulo
16-02-2010, 22:35
Very nicely painted daemonhost and excellent sculpting job on the hood.

odmiller
17-02-2010, 02:50
Thanks Corbulo.

odmiller
17-02-2010, 07:34
I wasn't feeling the bikers tonight, so I jumped back to the veterans.

I made quite a bit of progress tonight on the time consuming details. I'm obviously working bass ackwards on these guys, but it's just what I felt like painting.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/vetslast3wip.gif

odmiller
18-02-2010, 06:56
I finished two of the Veterans today, the Dark Angels Vet and the Angels of the Lion Vet.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/vetslast3wip2.gif

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/vetslast3wip3.gif

Tomorrow it's the last Vet, the Shadow Guard.

eltanko
18-02-2010, 23:03
The Vets look really good. Is that freehand on the shoulder pads? looks fantastic!!

ElTanko

odmiller
19-02-2010, 04:51
Yeah, I do all freehand, no decals. Glad you like them.

odmiller
19-02-2010, 07:25
Here is the last Marine in the Veteran Squad.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/finalvetsg.gif

And here is the entire Veteran squad.

19-02-2010, 09:59
Hey there :-),

nicely done Veterans and the freehands are top notch, adding character to the models as the robes also do.
Congrats to a nice unit, keep it up,

Noc

odmiller
19-02-2010, 16:58
Thanks Nocturn, glad you like them.

Ragsta
21-02-2010, 20:56
The freehand is indeed extremely well done! Man, the squad as a whole really injects character into the Dark Angels, freat stuff :)

That Daemonhost also has a whole lot of awesome going on, particularly the flesh tones!

odmiller
22-02-2010, 03:10
Thanks Jihad. I got some minis from other companies today (they were cheap on sale) and after some minor conversions I think they'll be great additions to my Inquisitorial warbands.

odmiller
22-02-2010, 22:07
I'm working on my third Valk. Initial progress has been in completing the base and getting the interior ready. I think I'm going to go for the red lighting effect again.

Here is the next shot. This is the interior of the Valk (Vendetta).

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/valk3interiorwip2.gif

And here is the view of the door gunner, so you can see how it looks from outside.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/valk3interiorwip3.gif

And here's an outside shot of the Vendetta and its twin linked las cannons.

eltanko
23-02-2010, 07:32
That red interior lighting is superb, looks really good.

ElTanko

odmiller
23-02-2010, 08:16
Thanks el Tanko, glad you like it so far. I experimented with it on my first Valk, but I didn't realize how far back the gunners actually sit in the side doors, so I just gave them the red lighting on their back sides. It doesn't work so well on the first one but I like this effect.

odmiller
25-02-2010, 03:39
Here is the finshed Valk. Some sharp eyed return viewers might recognize those pilots.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/valk3final.gif

Looking very good, the red lightings a really good idea for the interior

Corbulo
03-03-2010, 03:42
awesome Valks i really like the lighting effects. have you thought of doing the lighing in other colours

odmiller
04-03-2010, 04:11
Thanks guys. Glad you like it the lighting. I've thought about doing green interior lighting too. Might try something with another color in the future. I think it would be effective in the assault ramp of a land raider too.

odmiller
05-03-2010, 07:03
After a break to finish another Valk, here's the Chappie.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/bikechappiefinal.gif

ElTanko

05-03-2010, 16:25
ElTanko, did you notice the name of the pilot in the new Valk?

eltanko

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kick @ss Odmiller :)

'El Tanko' Weiz

bravey
06-03-2010, 16:10
Hey, just wanted to said the freehand on the valks looks great, but just a bit scantily clad for my tastes! What kind of brush do you use for the freedhand?

odmiller
06-03-2010, 17:42
Thanks Bravery. glad you like them. I just used one of my small brushes, don't know the size.

odmiller
06-03-2010, 18:14
I forgot to post this pic from last weekend. For my Inquisition warband, I decided the pilot needed a crew chief. She got some GW accessories to make her a little more official looking.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crewchief.gif

odmiller
08-03-2010, 07:34
Here's the Land Speeder Typhoon. I still need to highlight the edges of the black, but everything else is done.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/landspeedertyphoon.gif

Ragsta
08-03-2010, 19:51
You used the Ork skull for that Chaplain didn't you? Helooks very nice :)

Valks look sweet as- I too would have suggested green if you were to use a different colour BUT red is very good indeed. Your pilot and crew chief look really characterful and a really nice combo of colours used. The pilot looks a little wary of his crew chief if you ask me ;)

Typhoon coming along nicely, man, great works as always!

odmiller
08-03-2010, 21:43
Thanks Jihad. Did you notice the Co-pilot's name on the Valk?

Here's the final version of the Typhoon. Finished the highlighting and added the campaign badge to the tail spoiler.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/landspeedertyphoonfinal.gif

Then I decided to repaint my Ravenwing banner. It looks a little sketchy this close in the pic, but on the table it looks pretty good.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/rwbanner2.gif

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/rwbanner1.gif

eltanko
09-03-2010, 07:11

I've decided to add to my Vostroyans so that I have more flexibility on how I field them. A las cannon team and another trooper. Just a few more details, but you get the picture.

It's been a long while since I checked in on this log, and of course I'm still loving every bit of it. I love the freehand on the valkyries/vendettas. Great stuff mate, keep up the inspiring works!

odmiller
09-03-2010, 23:21
Thanks, glad you checked in and good to hear you like what I'm working on.

10-03-2010, 04:26
great freehand on the banner and the Vostroyans and the landspeeder look great. i cant wait to see more. :)

odmiller
10-03-2010, 06:29
Thanks Corbulo, glad you like them.

I decided that I needed an arbite squad for my Inquisitor. It's going to be played as Veterans and a Chimera.

wikear
10-03-2010, 10:39
http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/rwbanner1.gif

One thing I would pick on is the direction the wing is facing. It sort of contradicts the one on top of the pole... but that's just details :D awesome work as always

odmiller
10-03-2010, 16:56
I guess you're right. I should have painted the wing on the other side of the banner, as the painted icon is always facng left.

odmiller
12-03-2010, 04:16
Here's the finished Arbite Squad. The Chimera will wait a bit I think, as I have another crazy warrior to paint first.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/arbitesquadfinal.gif

eltanko
12-03-2010, 07:48
I like, they look like ninja's!! The colour scheme, although mostly just one colour, looks really good. Gives them a very serious look!

ElTanko

odmiller
12-03-2010, 08:01
Yeah, I really like the models now. They look pretty cool finished. The Inquisitor is satisfied

Glad you like them. I'll have to try and get hold of another one or two to make a full squad.

I did paint up another crazy tattooed naked death cultist. I'll try to put up a picture tomorrow.

Borsil
12-03-2010, 09:02
Been a while since I checked out your log Odmiller, and I must say I've missed out on some hobby-goodness - loving your recent stuff.
Can't wait to see your new cultist

odmiller
12-03-2010, 21:07
Thanks Borsil, here you go.

I painted up another couple of characters for my Inquisitor's warband last night, an acolyte and another feral deathcultist.

Thanks Sheep. I'm glad you like them. Next I have some more Ravenwing bikers to paint.

19-03-2010, 17:41
You ever do anything with the Celestine that I gave you?

odmiller
23-03-2010, 05:59
Jamie, is that you? I was looking at it the other day. I couldn't bring myself to chop it up, so it's still as it was.

Here are the three bikers in progress. They're about half way done I guess.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/3rwbikerswip1.gif

odmiller
24-03-2010, 08:20
Here's the update on the bikers. The Sgt and the bikes are done (except for the grass), and the other two bikers themselves just need their armor edges to be highlighted.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/3rwbikerswip3.gif

Hey, you, seen any Fallen?

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/3rwbikersgt.gif

Yeah, I'm back on warseer. I need to refresh my painting skills, so I'm back to reading as many painting threads as possible.

odmiller
05-04-2010, 20:10
Sorry for the delay, I had to move and then spent some time off painting. Getting back into it with some Fantasy I think, but it won't be too long before there's something more here, don't worry.

odmiller
07-04-2010, 23:37
I forgot to show the final painted combat squad.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/3rwbikersfinal.gif

And here's a shot of my display case, just for GP. The top left shelf is drop pods and dreads, top right Ravenwing, the middle shelf is the rest of my DA, and the bottom shelf the remainder of my IG and my Brettonians.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/armycabinet.gif

eltanko
08-04-2010, 09:19
Nice finish on the bikers, they look really good. Those tiles they are driving on seem to match the dark angels look to!!

That display cabinet looks cram-packed full! Is there room for anything more?!

ElTanko

Rinak
08-04-2010, 12:39
I disapprove of your awesome painting :( It makes me sad.

Nice job.

odmiller
08-04-2010, 16:47
Thanks guys. ElTanko, I can always squeeze up the ranks.

I think the next project is to fill out the arbite squad (and paint their chimera) for my inquisitor and maybe add another couple of warband members.

odmiller
19-04-2010, 18:54
I've made a little more progress on some projects.

1st, I painted three more Arbites so I can play them as a 10 man vet squad.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/arbitelast3.gif

And then I've put together a dread CC arm with flamer as a trade out for one of my dreads, as I got some of the newer parts and a couple of my dreads only have storm bolters.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/dreadccarmwip1.gif

odmiller
21-04-2010, 20:10
I've decided to paint up another Inquisitor. This model has been a little daunting to start, and I've been putting it off, but once started, he's been fun so far.

I guess he's about 1/2 done.

Thats a very cool model, can't say I had seen it before! And you have done a great job on him, I really like the gold edging on his robe and the red and black have been done very well. Is there anything else on the back of him, or is that just black?

ElTanko

Corbulo
22-04-2010, 10:30
Inquisitor looks great as usual with all you work, have you ever entered Golden Demon?

odmiller
22-04-2010, 20:19
Thanks guys. It's a Forgeworld mini with great detail. I entered a golden demon for fun, and of course didn't get anywhere. When you see the competition close up you realize how good they really are, and I'm not even in the ball park.

odmiller
24-04-2010, 23:26
In order to prepare for Hard Boys, I had to give two of my Dread's heavy flamers. My list will use three. The lead dread got a whole new arm, while the second one just got a flamer.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/dreadarmsfinal.gif

Next up, a Land Raider Crusader.

odmiller
26-04-2010, 20:09
Here's my next project. I built the structure so I can paint the iside before sealing it up. I'll try to paint the interior tonight, then put it all together.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crusaderwip.gif

eltanko
26-04-2010, 20:28
Ooooh the dread look very beasty, I like 'em!! Are you going to bling up the Land Raider with freehand on the sides etc?

ElTanko

odmiller
26-04-2010, 20:47
I'm thinking about it. Not sure about the decoration yet, but I'll think of something. I'm going to give it the red interior like my Valks.

Deusmex
26-04-2010, 21:01
Very nice Dark Angels. The inquisitor model is fantastic too.

As for Decoration in DA vehicles I know about the FW stuff but have you seen these?

http://www.sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=884#i/2010/big/plates_set2.jpg

They look about right for rhinos and are quite DA ish looking.

odmiller
26-04-2010, 21:31
Thanks. They're quite nice, but fortunately I've got a full bits box to work with.

odmiller
27-04-2010, 06:44
Here's some updates on the Crusader. I've added all the icons, etc.. Only the metal sponsons haven't been added.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/100_4374.gif

Here's what the inside looks like:

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crusaderwipinternal.gif

odmiller
28-04-2010, 20:38
Here's an update on the Crusader. The silver metal is done, and the bone, white and gold areas have had a wash.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crusaderwip2.gif

odmiller
29-04-2010, 20:36
Made some more progress on the crusader (sorry about the pic - better ones later). The bone, gold and white areas are all complete. Reds next I think.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crusaderwip3.gif

You can also see that I started to assemble the crappy metal weapons. I'm having nightmares about the sponsons.

odmiller
04-05-2010, 21:21
I've finally finished the details on the body of the crusader. Next step, I'll highlight the black areas and the wear and tear. After that, it's the weapons. I've primed the melta and the assault cannons and sort of started building the stupid sponsons.

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/crusaderwip4.gif

salvindogath
04-05-2010, 21:45
Land raider's coming along really well dude! I don't envy you having to out together those metal sponsons, I only had to fix a couple of little bits when I got mine and that was nightmarish enough! Good luck to ya!

Thought I'd post a picture of my last in progress DA for a while. I'm going to take a little break and work on some other stuff.

The Master of the RW in his speeder. I whipped him up right before 'Ard Boyz, and only got the metallics and the base done, so the conversion itself isn't the best, but I have a soft spot for him after the tournie. Next step is to clean up after the whites, and then add the reds and other details, and then highlight the black.

For my next project I think I'm going to rebuild a guard army. I sold my Necromundian army, and now want to do another modern take on an old GW army, the Cadian 122nd. Here's a test model if you're interested.

I'm doing the IG regiment from the original citifight book, the Cadian 122nd. I like finding old units and updating them, especially when they have a nice chunk of history written about them already.

I separated out the bits for an infantry platoon last night (two squads and a command), and I already have a veteran squad built. On top of that, my initial plan is to add a special weapon squad (combat engineers), a heavy weapons squad, and a penal squad. That'll give me a nice solid block of troops to start, especially when combined with my Gaunts' Ghosts.

As for vehicles, I have 3 valkyries built and painted, have 2 leman russ and a chimera on sprues, and am in the process of acquiring the rest of what I need.

Anyway, once I get started building I feel this project will start to pick up some good momentum.

Master of the Ravenwing looks awesome, an interesting conversion. I really like the armoured hull you've done, it's given me a nice little idea about minorly converting a tempest with a similar, more armoured look in mind.

The IG looks promising, will keep my eye on them too!

odmiller
25-05-2010, 17:16
Thanks guys. Before I get started, I've imposed a rule on myself that I need to complete all my other models. Nothing unfinished before I start the army. Don't worry, it's not too much.

First, here's the finalized Master:

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/motrwspeeder3.gif

http://odmiller.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/motrwspeeder2.gif

And here's the first step Chimera I had primed for my Arbites. I got the metallic weathering and the base coat of the silver areas done, as well as a wash. I'll play them as Veterans attached to my guard on occasion. You'll notice it has a converted turret. This is to help differentiate it from the standard ones I'll have for my guard.

How, thanks guys, great feedback. Glad you like the camo backpacks , etc. I tried to match what most modern armies seem to do as far as the gear goes. The camo is actually quite easy to paint. I can second, this camo isnīt that time consuming as it look like. I have painted one test guardsman in this camo, but I need to fix some highlights, that are not contrast enought. For me it is relax from this BA red. :D In same time when I paint one Blood Angel Space Marine I can paint 2-3 guardsmans and for Patrol Missions I need only 20 Veterans and 2 Armoured Sentinels. But I will choose a bit different camo for these Sentinels than used odmiller on tanks.

Those infantry look excellent. The camo is very convincing.

Yeah. It convinced me to paint some Guardsmans for patrol missions. :)

Thanks guys. I'm happy you like them. The squads look good together, I think the whole army is going to look quite nice. I'll try to get some work done on the vehicles tonighrt.

Here's the next step in the progress. The base metallics are painted and the washes added. Next up metallic highlights.

You seem to have a good way of churning out models and a high rate, to a high quality. Nice work so far :)

Thanks elTanko, glad you like them. When doing those paint tests I always balance the final effect with the amount of time it takes to achieve it. There's a balance to strike. There's no point in a painting standard that will never let me complete an army because it takes too long. This army has a decent amount of infantry and a lot of tanks, so I needed to settle on techniques and standards that let me paint the whole thing to a level I'm happy with, but still in a time frame I'm happy with.

Well they are definitely to a good table top standard, better than a lt of the models I see on the table at any rate :)

Thanks Yayale, glad you like them.

Here are the two finished vehicles. I'll take a better pic in the morning light, but this'll give you the idea.

Loving the tanks, especially the shields and stowage, etc.

Interesting black tanks. But they looks a bit strange with this blue camo on Guardsmans. But I can estimate purpose to have them soon ready for game.
I will try some different camo on vehicles. I have WIP Sentinel with autocannon.

odmiller
14-10-2010, 15:53
Thanks guys.

The tanks actually have a very slight blue tinge (there's a layer of blue spray paint on top of the primer) but it just doesn't show in the pics.

However, based on my experience, modern militaries don't always repaint their vehicles to match the environment, while they do issue new BDU's. I'm not saying this is a hard and fast rule, just what I've experienced - vehicles often stay whatever color they were before deployment. Also, I wanted to pay homage to the original scheme for these guys in the citifight book, and that had grey tanks.

Either way, I'd love to see what you come up with, you're a very talented painter.

Here's the next project, a couple of scout sentinals. It's a crappy pic, but you get the idea, base coats and washes done.

The pilots are also complete.

I'll have better pics tomorrow.

Nice Sentinals, any particular reason why they don't have any top armour?

Also, I just realized I was listening to "The Sentinel" by Judas Priest =D

Thanks guys.

I really wanted them to look like scout sentinals, and the roll bars I had were jungle themed, w/ leaves all over, so I decided to just go open topped. In the end, I like it because it changes the profile and also harkens back to the really old school sentinals a bit.

Thanks Icecream boy. It's actually not too bad. Really.

Here's the progress. The remaining steps are to highlight the black areas, detail the map, Add the unit markings and then add the snow. Almost done.

Nice paint job on the gun crew. The command squad is looking very nice as well, have you even added a drawing on the map to represent the terrain features?

Sorry for the delayed answers. Yeah, I kind of drew some elevation lines and added some x's for objectives.

Well, finally made some more progress. It's been a hectic week. The Bassie is complete, the Medusa's still on the painting table.
