Howdy,
Just getting back into Epic, dusting off my imperial army. Mix of new and old models, all unpainted. I played Eldar in E40K but as I collect imperial in BFG and 40K (though I hate the game of 40K and never play). I tried space marine but never took to it, found it too complicated. E40K was too simplistic but still good. Now E:A is just right, like the porridge!
I have everything except titans but I am getting forge world warhounds and Reaver shortly. Just some questions:
Where would I get a good guide to imperial titan tactics?
Is there an Inquisitor list?
Any good location for Bat Rreps especially featuring imperial guard?
Where does belly button fluff come from?
Thanks,

Your first port of call should be Tactical Command (You can find the link in my sig), it's one of the best Epic communities on the web, and can answer all your questions.

You will find that Warhound Titans are excelent Marine-killers. :)

C&E is pointing you here (http://www.tacticalwargames.net/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi).

Is there an Inquisitor list?
There are no official Inquisition lists. However, there are a number of people who have made fan-based lists, one of which is my own. A basic version of the list is here (http://www.geocities.com/lordinquisitor/), an up-to-date Ordo Xenos list here (http://www.geocities.com/eoinwhelan/) and new versions (with fluff and unit pictures!) will be available soon.

Any good location for Bat Rreps especially featuring imperial guard?
Again, Tactical Command is a good place to start, especially the Imperial Guard section (http://www.tacticalwargames.net/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?act=SF;f=74). I had a game against guard (http://www.tacticalwargames.net/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=10;t=9867)recently, too.

Where does belly button fluff come from?
There's a webpage dedicated to just about anything these days, it seems (http://www.feargod.net/fluff.html). Now, did you really want to know?

Yep they're great models. Note that they are as fragile as they look. Which is to say, if you make the slightest mistake in picking them up, the halberd tips break. That said, they're so light that you can superglue them back on quite well despite the tiny surface area.

I will have a new Grey Knight army list ready very soon.

With Titans it helps if think about what you want the titan(s) to do.
Assault/ support/ mobile/ sniper.
With my IG I want a decent assault unit, to this end I look through the assault weapons list in the AMTL list available from the Specialist Games website;
http://specialist-games.com/epic/Vault.asp
As an assault unit I want something fast, but also powerful; Reaver for me.
Then I look at the ranged weapons; my IG have plenty of anti-infantry firepower so I'm looking at anti-tank, Turbolasers look good as entry level, however there is also the plasma cannon and gatling blaster.
Going back to the original brief I want an assault unit. mobility is important, plasma cannons as well as being macro weapons are slow firing which means I have the ability to march every other turn without reducing my firepower.
If I wanted a long range support titan as the SM might, lacking in this area as they do I'd be looking for something with more guns and support weapon slots, ergo a Warlord. Of the support weapons I like the Quake Cannon though an SM army lacks titan killer weaponry so they might be more intrested in volcano cannon.

Cool, I have some capital imperialis and Leviathan models, any rules/points for these? Also found rules for the imperator but no points value? Is this still legit?

Also noticed the rules are no longer on the SG website?? Great model would be good for special games

None of the lists currently have any of the three. With Imperator the rules system has problems due to it's effectiveness.

I think you could probably get some great answers to your questions over on the Tactical Command forum (See the link in my sig).

Most specifically the Imperator Titan, that has some fan-written rules & points that are considered balanced, although only for very large games (IIRC it clocks in at about 1600 pts).

And 1600 points has this thing rather neutered. That point value was picked arbitrarily so it could fit into a tournament list, then they worked the stats around it. In all fairness to the unit, it should be much more expensive. This is a discussion that comes up from time to time and you will see a lot of opinions on the subject.
