So, I tried to start up a bit of Warhammer fantasy action! The plan is to revive some of the chaos warriors and also start a new army of combined elves!
Here is the first dragon prince.

I'll give him some friends! But I'm thinking about colors. Hmm.. At the moment I'm thinking black, blue, turquoise on the high elves. Black, green, turquoise on the wood elves and the dark elves will get black, emerald green and turquoise. In my head it looks awesome.

He wanted quite the specific looks on this one and the next! The goblin is based on Toadie from gummie bears haha!

Some really great work there.
Loving the beastmen and the marine is looking very good too...so dark and brooding.
Great colours on the chaos warband. I like the skin tone on the nurgle guy and the snake tounge guys tounge. Im sure they have proper names like Colin or Brian but I dont know them.

I have to say that this is making me want to paint more and learn how to do that for myself. I like what I have seen here. How long did it take for you to be comfortable in painting freehand banners.

And also, I have started to paint the board game Forbidden Stars for a customer. Nothing special, just splash paint on them. This is the Eldar force and there is orks, space Marines and chaos Marines plus buildings left. Alot of miniatures in that box! Attachment 219343
Anyway. I will try and be better att writing in here and keep this place as a kind of blog.
In the future you will be able to see quite alot of action in here. I will be painting for myself, for people who reach out to me to paint freehand for them and also I have started to work for Siege Studios too. The future is bright, slightly grim/dark, and fun!

Those banners are amazing.
Forbidden Stars is a lot of fun. I've felt the urge to paint my friend's set for him, just to get a good look for the "Helbrute Bowling Team" I've been having good results with. :)
Yeah, but I have to warn you! They are not model material. They are just made to be play pieces and the material is not the best, and details are not so good. And very hard to clean so I didn't clean them so much. I gave up. Would take me forever to do it haha..Quote:

Also, I have ordered new colors and material from Scale 75, army painter and others for my new studio. I will try and build it more effective as my business is booming and I realize I can live on this. So I need a professional little dungeon! Photos and progress of that will follow.
Anyway. I am receiving lots of job from all over the world. Some are really really big (Titan legions, anyone? Yes, 40k Titan legion) and some are smaller but very fun!

Cheers guys! Well, I am looking forward to the Evil Dead banner too! But it's a long way onto the future, got some other work I have to finish before I can start that.
Here are some of my last days events!
I got myself some more hobby material last couple of weeks. Paints from scale 75, basing stuff, brushes and other things from Army Painters, bought a bunch of Americana acrylics. Studio is taking form! Will have to buy something that fixes storage. Ikea it is!
Also I got some super magnets (500 of them) from China.
And from a friend I got an emperor model that is very rare! I will use it for raising funds to charity, children's with cancer. More on that later!
And also this weekend I will finish painting the board game Forbidden Stars. Took alot of time..
Oh, and another banner! Very detailed. Not finished yet, needs to get dirty and torn, and shaped.

Don't think i've seen that emperor model before. Is it some unreleased project from FW or the interpretation of some unaffiliated sculptor? Looks promising anyway.
Oh, and that banner looks soo much like it could've been the cover of an old NES game cartridge :p
