I've suffered a bit of a blow though as when I went to start assembling them I discovered I'd miscalculated the number of components I needed :( so they'll have to wait a little longer as cash is a little sparse at the moment - still mustn't grumble.

... Did you trim the feet that you added boots to? If not, that may be why you are having issues. There is no way that the ones that have metal boots could fit feet like those on the ones without boots... I think that if you trim the feet, you would have more luck with the boots.

Gosh thanks (blush). Yep that's pretty much the issue, I ended up cutting off his feet (call it excessive trimming LOL) and replacing them with greenstuff boots and legs moulded from the sergeant in the end (pics to follow). The chap leaning against the building debris I left as is, as he wasn't too bad.Quote:
