Last week I got my first batch of LoTR Mordor Orcs done.



Some awesome figures in the kit, like the Orc in the middle of the photo below (I love that helmet).





Lots of opportunity to play games in the ruins of Osgiliath:

Those are beauties CB; that is a nice rich, solid white. It works great with the red helmets and black manes.

My latest entry in the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge- 8 Riders of Rohan:



4 armed with hand weapons:

These were all salvage jobs; most were primed black and either had horses busted off at the fetlock or broken weapons.

Last weekend finished off some more Orcs (mostly archers) and a few more mounted Rohirrim.



Bit of a salvage job on the Rohirrim as usual.


There are only two poses for the Mordor Orc archers which makes them a bit boring.

Very nice Captain. From the looks of it, the plastic Dire Avengers look to be a good match with the older metal ones, which is nice for mixing in a unit.

My final entry for the AHPC was a command stand for my ECW army, featuring King Charles.
