I notice that the Space marine commander of the box set. He had been shows in one of the artwork s in the 5th ed rulebook's preview. I believe this guy is him.
Also, do anyone got some other pics of the commander in the box??

The terminators are supposidly indistinguishable from the current ones (other than lack of poses), so I haven't spotted them for sure in my quick skims through the 5th Edition Rulebook. As for the exhaust ports for the Dread, if you check out this post you can (sort of) make out them out, they're just a low profile design.

Not too sure on the captain, the cloak looks good, but the hair, and the thing behind his head, and the sword... Meh, it can be filed off.
Termies look good.
I think trying to find the testes on an asexual killing machine might be difficult, especially when you could just put the powersword into one of his hearts or into his brain instead of trying to knock him senseless.
Thanks and yes, that is the Snap Termies, look at the Skull with Star Burst on the one Termie's knee. The Sgt has a Halo.Is this one good enough?

Both the Captain and Terminators are looking great! I'm certain I can work up my chaotic magic with the Terminators, but I'm not too sure if I can with the Captain (the chest details looks too complicated to remove easily).
Oh well, he'll make a nice Badab-themed display piece though (do I go Astral Claws, Lamenters or Mantis Warriors though? Hmm.......)

now i see that the warboss shoota isn't a bolter(although it might have been before). the captains power weapon looks a bit broad, but that might just be the angle of the picture. the terminators look much like the current ones, although with fewer poses, by the looks of it.
Just too many robes on the captain for me. A shame, its a nice model otherwise.

The Captain is one of my favourites of all time, I think. I want to hold him in real life, but he's a close contender. And that doesn't look like moulded iconography on his shoulder pad...
At Brimstone's request I'm closing this thread as it has become a little long and unwieldy. I've recompilied all the current facts and rumors on the upcoming 5th Edition Starter Set here. Thanks for all the comments and enthusiasm so far, hopefully the new thread will retain some of this one's energy.
