I recently purchased this book on ebay on a whim,

Has anyone heard of it?

And if so, is it any good for fluff etc?

I have it, albeit reprinted in a volume with Power Behind the Throne. It's a good read - the recent Ashes of Middenheim is a lot of the same material used for Middenhiem post SoC.
