Nice conversions, and a very nice basilisk!
Though, I must say your colours look abit flat. Have you tried highlighting or using some washes? The new GW washes are really easy to use for beginners and experts alike.![]()

1) The tanks and the conversions look interesting.
2) The tanks may need some additional profiles, bolts and nuts and stuff like that. The plasticard looks a bit plain.
3) Dipping is a SIN!
4) What´s the story behind your army?
Loving the conversions, the tanks are sweet, a wee bit germanic looking for a frenchman I'm thinking JagdpanzerVI and a Stug IV? Mind you, your avatar is a Totenkoft.
Nothing wrong with dipping just hit them with a nice matt/flat varnish and you'll be away laughing.
How long did it take to get all those heads and necromunda heavy stubber+backpacks?

Dipping.
Most people who dip use some kind of woodstain to dip miniatures (base-coat then dip) to create a simple, but often effective, shading effect. Of course, woodstain is glossy so it leaves your models with a shiny gloss coating. This can be rectified through matt varnish or some other medium but presumably the OP hasnt done this. Which I urge the OP to - it'll make them so much better.
The Byzant Janizar is a very characterful cnversion. I like it a lot. Would be nice if you would not dip these, but paint them classic.
