I wasn't part of the Portent community, so I only came into contact with Brimstone on joining Warseer in 2007.
Although I never met him, his contribution to this forum was immense, and he was obviously a very valued member of the staff and the community as a whole.
I'm am immensely shocked to hear of his passing, and his loss will be felt by both his family, friends, and all of us here at Warseer. There is never a good time to go, but just before Christmas must make the pain even more acute for all those who were close him, so my heart goes out to all those of you who were close to him at this very difficult time.
