Great plog. The sculpting is excellent. Love the flamebeast - what model is that?

Great to see some old school classics in the mix![]()
Fantastic collection. Can't wait to see more
Any more updates on the dungeon tiles? - I always need ideas to copy (err I mean inspiration)
ok your collection is sweet and the bridge hands down excellent how on earth did you get the water effect to be like that its amazing, any tips for others out there?
Thers some piccies to have a butchers at.
Richard, thanks for the compliment. The water is polyester resin, then lots of gloss varnish on top. i prod and poke the varnish as it dries to break the surface a bit.
I picked up an almost complete chaos demons battalion box and spent a couple of evenings assembling them all. finished off my chaos warriors and had a go at some greenstuffing on an old doombull, hes going to have a pair of punch daggers. Oh and the blue room and doors were tucked in a box in the cupboard.

Your scenery and bases are great. I love that bridge. And the basing really sets off your models.
I like those chaos warriors, will definately be taking inspiration from them! I agree with PB about the bases, I'm undecided what to do with mine yet......Pre made resin ones are looking good for me but can't find them cheap enough![]()
I really, really, really like your water crossing. How did you get the water to look so muddy? Mix some brown wash with varnish?
The colour of the water is simply down to the resin. It sets matt so the varnish just gives it the shine, that said there is a lot of varnish on it.
Ive been readin up on everyones projects on here and its keeping me inspired. So i went through the monster table picking out a few things to tackle next. Then i went through my bits boxes and collected a few bits together. I now have a full compliment of skeletons. a few more things too, but the gammon in the oven is distracting me so i will list them later.
Quick pic of a squig, Not sure if its going to have eyes yet, but its fun to poke about with greenstuff. So i will sculpt a few of these guys and pick up some herders to keep them under control.
More pics soon!
