Erasmus, cheers mate, you say you like to build 'one off's' well sometimes less is best and yours are definitely the best. this is one of the first Chaos Imperial Knights I've seen and has set the bar high! what makes it so good is how simple and natural you've keep the conversion, it's as if it's come straight from the box!

That small explosion sound, that was the sound of my mind being blown, your conversions are sick! I mean the hellbrute was one thing, that knight is just epic in oh so many ways. Also love the idea of the Data Daemons.

As others have said, I'm glad you decided to post over here, been following your thread over on Dakka (I recommend everyone here take a look, this thread contains a fraction of the awesomeness that spews from Erasmus' mind and fingers). I can honestly say you are the reason I bother trying to continue my army, you churn out inspiration when my own mind is blank.

Some amazing stuff in this plog, I particularly like the data daemons, the little objective markers (the one dragging the 'Cron is hilarious) and the Knight, without changing too much on the model you've just gotten such a different feel from the kit, superb. The head especially is freaking awesome! Will be keeping an eye on this for sure.

Sure thing - It's a big mess though - It starts off with my now-sold Khorne army, which was the first thing I made after returning to the hobby about 3 years ago, after a 15 year hiatus. Later in the thread theres my Death Guard, then the Dark Mechanicus, with some mixed conversions and paint projects for good measure.

so I've commented once and I'm going to comment again, this is brilliant work. I want to do the same idea, but Word Bearers theme instead, amalgamating not just daemons with flesh, but also daemons with metal. Just awesome stuff!
