Hi,
as you probably noticed, WarSeer was offline for some time. Basically we were having a few technical problems with the server which forced us to shut the machine down in order to get these problems fixed.
The forums are pretty much back for now, but there's still a whole lot missing, the whole front page section being the prime example here. It's likely that it'll take a few more days until everything is online again.
