Something to consider.
Has both chat and voice options. I use it to play DnD every week with my friends who are located across the country. We usually use Skype but the in-web voice function works just as well.

Quite intrigued by how you'll run it MOMUS, by text only do you mean over msn or email or something? I haven't played for years and even then it wasn't a long game.
