FC's Last Stand Squats

I recently came into possession of some of the old plastic Space Dwarfs and got thinking. I could use these as the beginning of an Astra Militarum Imperial Guard army.

What I have in mind is this. A Commissar has gathered what is left of the Squats and organised them into a fighting force to go out in a blaze of glory and lay the smack down on some 'Nids. The army that I have in mind will be made up almost exclusively of Abhumans.

Anyhow, here are my first tentative steps into a Squat army.

I am doing something very similar, including using Abhumans and a few other more Xenos characters as well (great minds think alike ).

Well there's been a few changes. My group and myself have gone back to 2nd Edition, so my Squat army is now built using the pamphlet army list. Here's the army as it stands so far.



As you can see, there's still a lot of work to do.
