Thanks! Yeh, it rather surprised me just how many bodies and bits I had kicking about... rather concerning as well given how much they cost, but hey, they're being used now, right? They're all painted up and stuff, yes? So that's justification for getting them originally. Right? Right.

    Now... some INQUISITION STUFF

    ORDO MALLEUS:

Puritans: Inquisitor in gold-plated carapace armour in the process of warding off Daemons with the Sanctuary psychic power, and a Lady Inquisitor - her boss - taking the fight to them in artificer power armour with a Daemonaxe and stormbolter. Figures from Hasslefree Miniatures.

Renegade: Inquisitor Lord in powered armour with familiar; converted from a Rogue Trader Space Marine Lieutenant with Captain Chenkov's bolt pistol and a Goliath power sword plus an Escher heavy's backpack and a random servo-skull I found, as well as a Liber Heretica from a Chaos Space Marine Terminator Sorceror. His junior acolyte-inquisitor is not yet purchased/converted. I'm hoping to get this fellow a couple of Daemonhosts...

    ORDO XENOS:

Puritan: Inquisitor Lord with powered armour suit and servitor-familiar carrying his relic blade. Again, his acolyte-Inquisitor is not yet present. This is a conversion using RT Space Marine tank crew with modern legs and a GS kilt-thing to hide the join!

    ORDO HERETICUS:

Renegade: Inquisitrix Joanna D'Arque, who instigated the Karaboudjani Rebellion at the start of the 13th Black Crusade before taking ship with three full regiments of Guardsmen from Karaboudjan to the Eastern Fringe where they were involved in harrassing actions against the Tau 3rd Sphere Expansion; the remains have since become part of an Iron Warrior Cohort's indentured soldiery. Of Inquisitrix D'Arque, little is known but much is suspected... stock GW figure from 2003.

That Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor model is one of my favourites from the Witch Hunters era! I have that Power armour Libby model from Hasslefree myself, been looking for a game to use her in for a while, Rogue Stars might be the one.

    Steiner,

The Wookie SM in Blue looks like he has his BBQ apron on! I'll have mine medium rare thanks mate! With a Sav Blanc of course.

Re: Gen.Steiner's Grand Army of the Imperium

One sav blanc coming up, with added neuro-toxins... never accept a drink from an agent of the Holy Ordos, my dear Colonel!

Now then, speaking of agents of the Holy Ordos:

Temple Assassins - Vindicare, Eversor, Callidus, Culexus. For when you need someone or something (or some people or somethings) very very dead.

Inquisitorial Stormtrooper Team, equipped for fire support with a plasma gun and grenade launcher.

Inquisitorial Stormtrooper Team, equipped for close assault, with a melta and flamer (and power sword).

Inquisitorial transports - a locally-produced PDF Rhino with heavy stubber and a Razorback that's been modified to allow human-sized humans to crew and travel in it. Eventually I want to get a classic Rogue Trader Land Raider to complete the set...

Inquisitorial Stormtrooper bodyguard detail, normally accompanying the Inquisitrix D'Arque. Very clever and highly-trained muscle to back up the psychic witchery and all-round badassery of the Inquisitor herself!

I thinking about a Land raider for my Inquisitor as well. Currently they travel in a modified Ratgard Chimera.

A Land Raider really screams "Inquisitorial power!" doesn't it?

Good to see some old minis given some love (again). Like the oldschool Rhinos. Would love to see how you would remake one of the old Land Raiders

I thought those Rhinos were bare plastic for a moment! I agree with the statement about Land Raiders, anything riding in one of those means business!

Re: Gen.Steiner's Grand Army of the Imperium

I'm going to take some pictures of some newly painted stuff a bit later today - the last Dreadnought for my Righteous Fists, the Lady Commissar who brings my Guard force up to 5,000 points in current edition rules, and some other bits and pieces. In the meantime, have some more Inquisitorial Agents:

Jokaero and unknown alien (counts-as Jokaero from Hasslefree Miniatures). Definitely not in the puritan's retinue!

Parvassian Dragoon Sanctioned Psyker - the last remaining figure of my Armageddon Steel Legion based force, which I kept because I loved the conversion I'd done and thought he was a good fit for my Inquisitorial retinues.

Imperial Guard and Imperial Navy medicae.

Pilots - because every good Inquisitor needs a pilot - a Squat, a Navy jock, and a Munitorum flyer.

    Indentured Guard with ranged weapons...

...and indentured or mercenary fighters who like to get up close and violent.

Data-Servitor and Savant. Because you need to know who's doing what, when they're doing it, why they're doing it, and where they're doing it... also an amazing source of utterly useless information about insect mating habits on 384 different worlds of the Imperium.

Death Cult Assassins - I am going to get the official GW figures too, but I love these Hasslefree figures and they fit really well as Death Cultists.

I think I remember that Psyker from your old log where you were trying to paint an army from each of the Guard ranges!

Yes! That's where it was from - the Armageddon Steel Legion force. I sold them off long ago to pay bills sadly. Kept a couple of the models.

Oh definitely - squats and blue guys are the backbone of the Imperium!

As you may have noticed - I'M BACK

Plenty more stuff to show off, but here's a life-size mini for my Grand Army of the Imperium...

The Palmyrene Spears (with some knights from House MacLeod in the background) - a Primaris Chapter that guards the Palmyrene Gate, a semi-navigable warp route through the Cicatrix Maledictum. They are (they think) Raven Guard successors, and specialise in commando strike raiding and the more subtle methods of warfare.
