Well warseer is back how about that!

I have fielded the Iron Daemon a couple of times. I think the towing Warmachines is more for campaign/narrative games.

The Irondaemon is best imo used as a flank protector. I have used it to guard my horde of blunderbuss chaos dwarfs and in that particular role it never fell.

The best result I got with it was killing a dragon in one volley of its cannonade... Those D3 wounds can be lethal.

I've never tried the skullcracker (probably due to no model)

I have decided that ironbound is worth it, the extra toughness makes a big difference vs strength 6.
