Thalenchar - Those floating tiles look amazing. What a cool idea. Excellent .
Lost Egg - Wow, this is one characterful board! .
benvoliothefirst - I'm amazed by how cool those floating tiles look. Seems like a ton of time and effort but I love the result! Can't comment on the rules because I play very little and have next to no idea how these things are supposed to work, but good luck!
Thank you all for your nice comments.
Benvoliothefirst the rules character wise I just took the options they had from the characters they have on the app, renamed them or changed them slightly like a combat attack I changed it to be a shooting attack or, the idea to increase the number buy kill points I increase the number by the number of healthy heroes etc. I don't want to change the game but I want to use the new silver tower rules for the original characters as close to their character style as possible. As for the Monsters and Orcs it may not work out as planned but I have spent hours or solitare and reading the two books over and over again, done exactly what they have just apply the one on one rule to the silver tower rules.

Looking really great I was wondering if they would ever do expansions to silver tower but this seems to mix both the old and new perfectly.

Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower was one of the highlights of last year’s Warhammer Age of Sigmar releases (and that’s saying a lot, because there were some great ones). The return of the classic format, but set in the Mortal Realms, was an instant hit, and we’ve been bombarded ever since with questions about a follow on game.
Well, today we’re delighted to reveal that one is on the way.
Warhammer Quest Shadows over Hammerhal will be an entirely self contained game with a whole new cast of heroes and villains.

We’re very excited about this for all sorts of reasons. The game will obviously see new quests and challenges for gamers, but perhaps just as excitingly, this set will have an even more involved narrative, and will explore the dark labyrinths beneath one of Sigmar’s new Free Cities: Hammerhal, the twin-tailed city – a metropolis that is built around a Realmgate and sprawls across two realms!
This new set is a little ways off yet, but we were super excited, and we just wanted to share it with you.
Can't wait

I have always found that my Wizard in games has always been all or nothing the lynchpin in the group, one quest the first room was the monster lair and two minotaurs came killing the wizard out right... not one of my best quest games but fond memories of the laughter we had have certainly stayed with me. Having no extra power dice when a unexpected event occurs always hurt me and that's one of the things I like about the wizard, he is a swiss army knife of the group from killing to healing to subtle tricks to aid the group along their way across the dungeon.
I wanted to represent this in the game rules of silver tower so I decided to redo the Human Wizard Characters. I'm hoping each one represents what I see that type of wizard order brings to the table rather than rinse and repeat.
Jade, Grey and Bright are the Wizards I want to use I got the Grey Wizard I know I want to make the Bright Wizard or at least attempt to, the jade wizard I know I want enigma miniatures Ulgren the Green wolf but I can't get my hands on him for the life of me. I always found this image very appealing to me as my group has a witchhunter and bright wizard in it, so a female bright wizard may be on the cards.
Character wise my opinion so no offense
Bright Wizard, fiery temper can attack multiple targets cause a lot of damage
Grey Wizard, movement and illusion uses cunning and tactics to take down their foes
Jade Wizard, well my thoughts are in the Warhammer world their not flower dancing faries, but have a stern look on life.
That life is a gift and should not be over look, with chaos destroying all types of life of "mother earth" and its inhabitants they cannot allow it to go unchallenged.
Any way here are my thoughts again untested till I have the models to play but I think their keep to the character of each order

Very good idea Richard. Great idea actualy that's asking to be stolen 😊. We had lots of games where the wizard dies one way or another. The best were where he kills a few minotaurs in one room to be offer by a single rat in the next. Now we have one that can't die some very clever that found a loophole and is now the highest level in our campaign. The fire mage is one character I wanted to create for some time now and the jade one aswell just hard for me to get decent cards put together. Have yet to play a silver tower game yet but love how you put the details on these cards with each mage their speciality and give them somewhat of a fitting personality. Would be great to play a game with only casters such as these.
I have yet to be inspired to see a model for a bright wizard and say that's exactly whats in my head for a bright wizard. Jade wizard the idea I got for his stlye visually was Warcraft movie the ork ambush in woods just after the young mage throws up a energy shield the master sucks the life force from the orks back into the earth which is so how I see the life force spell. The deathblow 2 has a very good article on jade wizards if you get a chance to read it Easygrin.
And a whole Wizard party well in original I would say your nuts lol With silver tower rules (Not mind but actual game) I think they would have a better chance of living...a turn or two more lol

Looking at the Cave Squigs I knew I didn't want to make a massive change when it came to the Night Goblins Squig Hoppers and the way I see it they merely turn and point them in the right direction as I can't see them actually hitting anything bouncing around. So I simply gave the card a controlling skill which takes away the Cave Squigs Wild Ability.

Does anyone else love the look of these Trolls besides the price tag. Don't think the card I done would work for them may have to re-think and do another type.
I managed to get me hands on a cheap second hand model of the picture below. I don't like the look of them in the flesh will need to do something with them for a dungeon trap I wonder what I could do with them.

ok so I think this boxset will have three chaos god followers as you have the tzeentch alcoytes, the Nurgle Blight kings/Knights whatever their called and from what I can see
behind the stormcaster warrior a chaos khorne warrior I think.
all six warriors have +1 basic weapon action 2 damage or are able to cause 2 damage easily and quickly with their special abilities while in the silver tower it was just the knight questor that was 2 damage basic.
Makes you wonder was the stat lines are for what their facing is
some more critter Monster Cards for you

So much win! Top drawer stuff Richard. My flgs manager just told me the contents of Hammerhal will be:
£90 rrp and includes:
1x Lord Castellant and Gryph Hound
1x Cogsmith
1x Black Art Fleetmaster
1x Loremaster
1x Chaos Sorcerer Lord
5x Putrid Blightkings
10x Kairic Acolytes
10x Bloodreavers
1x 72 page guide book
1x 32 page adventure book
18x double sides board sections
55x cards
12x dice
you beat me too it Andy lol yeah just found out on the facebook page, but no new miniatures and very little compared to what to get in the silver tower box set.
if you look at prices
1x Lord Castellant and Gryph Hound 23pounds
1x Cogsmith 13 pounds
1x Black Art Fleetmaster 12 pounds
1x Loremaster 12 pounds
1x Chaos Sorcerer Lord 9 pounds
5x Putrid Blightkings 33.50 pounds
10x Kairic Acolytes called it 15 pounds as half of the boxset sold in gws
10x Bloodreavers called it 17.50 pounds as half of the boxset sold in gws
total comes to 135 pounds for 33 miniatures silver tower had 51 BUT a mixture of different baddies which gave you the feel of the original box which had skaven, orcs, goblins and lots of critter swarms. the gameplay is changed again but compatible with silver tower I just hope it gives you more scope to play and level long term.

Ok i'm just gonna say this, I'm disappointed with Gws that the new box has no new miniatures and that the background is not to my liking, having said that i'm happy with the support that Warhammer Quest is getting from GWS and that it will continue.
It all looks good and yes I have pre ordered it but the back ground story is the SLAANNESH sorcerer with no slaannesh models is in charge of the three other gods followers?
that doesn't sit well with me even if they just chucked in in 10 Daemonettes into the box I would have had no quarrels or problems nothing, I know they will do slaannesh in the future but they could of at least put ten models in which like the sliver tower show us the promise of what future sales lay ahead.
Anyway I'm looking forward to the release.
Sorry I have been quiet for awhile, so to make up for it 30 yes 30 random encounter cards I been working on updating into the new to date style game rules
hope you like.
