Games Workshop and Ulisses North America (the US branch of Ulisses Spiele, of Das Schwarze Auge/The Dark Eye RPG fame) have just announced that Ulisses has obtained the licence to produce a brand new Warhammer 40.000 RPG, titled "Wrath & Glory".

The game, which is being developed by Ross Watson (lead developer on both the Rogue Trader and Deathwatch RPG lines from Fantasy Flight Games) will use a new, in-house custom system, built around a d6 dice pool engine, and will be set in the "current" Dark Imperium timeline.

The game seem to be set to allow a wide variety of character options, including Xenos, and won't probably follow the previous multiple-core-rulebooks model utilised by Black Industries and FFG.

The game is due out in 2018.
