Warhammer 40K stuff

Here you will find my painted miniatures for Warhammer 40K. I played only one game of Warhammer 40K two years ago and one in the last millenium. Both times I played 2nd edition. I don't have armybooks for other editions, so I'm making armies for 2nd edition 40K.

Oh, those are gorgeous. Very intense 2nd Edition / Blanchitsu vibe. I love the conversions from the Space Hulk terminators, and the use of a screw as a ram on the Rhino is genius!

Here is a Rhino tank for the Imperial Fists. Some of the weathering is real weathering. Unintentional, as I stored the model for a while now in a display I built in my garage, but it looks like the weather conditions there are not optimal for storing miniatures. That's going to be a problem, because I allready built a lot of displays over there. Now I'm in doubt if I made the right choice. I mean, free weathering on a tank is fine off course, but it is unwanted on other miniatures.

I also see that a lamp on the roof broke off. :-)

Another Rhino tank for the Worldeaters. I made bases for the tanks, only to find out that that is unwieldy in 40k second edition, because tanks can flip over and stuff. oh well…
