I am going to use BOTFA elves for the rest of the troops.
I have already bought some wardancers and heroes who may also double up as warhawk riders.

nice use of a dryad! You sure are starting a good amount of warmaster logs at once, just don't ware yourself out!
Not done much on this army for a bit.
So decided to finish this off as Eureka are releasing some cool new Wood Elf minis in 10mm.
So I started with 10 units of archers/glade guard:
These are from the BOTFA boxed set.
Next up I did 10 units of spearmen/eternal guard.
Again from BOTFA
A few more shots of the spearmen and some heroes and a unit of eagles. Although I will be replacing the eagles for warhawk riders when they are released.
Here is the army as it currently stands.
I plan to add glade riders and wild riders, wardancers, waywatchers, dryads, a hero on a stag and Orion himself. Just waiting for the figures to be released.
About another 20 units in total, But I may have blown my 2k point limit I had set myself.

Wow man! Army looks great! These guys are one of you best painted sets. There is some awesome detail in there!
One thing im not to keen on (just a personal thing mine you) is the white edges to bases...It is quite stark and it makes it seem more like they are models mounted on bases than part of a battlefield. Apart from that keep up the good work!
Is that five 'Battle of five armies' sets of elves I see?
What else is coming if this is just the start of the army?
Im hoping for Dryads, treekin... erm... maybe some other cool woodland units...

@Rufus - About 6 days I just sit down and plough through them.
Must admit having 10 units sat before you can be a little intimidating but the models are really nice casts and a joy to paint.
@ Cpt. Drill - Thanks, the planned units are: Glade/wild riders, Dryads and warhawk riders as well as a hero on a stag and Orion as my general.
The treekin were dropped from the list due to more choices in it than an O&G list
As for the bases I always struggle with them, did most of my armies in green which a lot of posters did not like, so after deciding green bases on a green army would be bad went for the scrubby wood land floor feel.
Maybe a darker brown would be more suitable? What do you think?
I am just prepping the wild riders (Battle of the Five Armies Elf Cavalry) so they may be ready soon, unfortunately RL is starting to interfere with my painting
I think if you just painted the edges green instead of white they would look a whole lot better. (maybe goblin greeen if you use citidel paints)
The actual texture and colour on it are fine.

Please make your orion using an old Ungor Horn Blower with Motathi/Melekith's Head and a cloak from the GG sprue. It's be awsome! Really awsome.

Are there rules for wood elves in warmaster?
There are rules but they are not as yet official
After a short break with Blood Bowl and getting my termies ready for space hulk, I thought I had best sort these out.
So here are my wardancers using eureka's wood elves.
Only 1 unit allowed per thousand and only 2 thousand points maximum for the army.
I have 4 units of glade riders out of a possible to finish 6 then I am awaiting the new releases from eureka to finish this army off (6 dryads, 2 waywatchers and 2 hawk riders plus characters).
In the mean time I am toying with doing a small (1k) pre-sundering elf army in white and purple.
Very nice work! Your painting is very neat and very detailed for Warmaster.
